These terms describe the use of sendpath.uk ("the Site"). Reading the website does not book a service, start a subscription, or require payment to SENDPath.

The Privacy Policy explains the current operator-identification limitation and how to contact SENDPath about personal information.

SENDPath is a directory and information resource for families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Kent, UK. The Site provides:

Directory listings are researched from provider websites and other public sources. Review dates and provider-supplied details have the limited meaning explained in How We Check Listings; they are not a professional endorsement or an independent credential check. SENDPath:

• Does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any listed service, school, or organisation.
• Checks information at the date and within the scope stated on the page; details may change afterwards.
• Does not deliver or clinically supervise the services in the directory.
• Does not book appointments or enter into a provider's service agreement on your behalf.

Confirm suitability, qualifications, current availability and costs directly with the provider before booking. Our therapist checklist can help you prepare.

A named provider or professional may request the source of their listing information, a factual correction, or removal by emailing hello@sendpath.uk.

5. Responsibility and your legal rights

A listed provider is responsible for the service it agrees to supply. This does not remove SENDPath's responsibility for its own actions or statements.

Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights. We do not exclude or limit responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

6. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, and to correct errors brought to our attention. SEND legislation, local authority policies and service details can change. Check the source and review date, and confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant organisation before acting.

Online contact, newsletter, listing-suggestion, and listing-claim forms are disabled during the privacy hold. If you voluntarily send a correction or other permitted content by email, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not send a child's name, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
• You will not submit personal data relating to another individual unless you have a lawful reason and authority to do so.
• If you submit a factual listing correction for publication, you permit SENDPath to use that correction to update the listing. This does not give us permission to publish your private correspondence or privacy request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in your local courts that apply to you.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms when the website changes or the law requires it. We will show the date above and explain material changes on this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.

Changes on 7 September 2026: clarified the website’s information role, removed blanket exclusions of responsibility, preserved statutory rights and limited permission to publish corrections to the correction itself.
