- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, collected via Formspree (see section 5).
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message content you submit.
- Listing suggestions: any information you choose to submit about a service you suggest.
b) Data collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymised data about page views, session duration, device type, browser, approximate location (country/region), and traffic sources. GA4 uses cookies. See section 4.
- Google AdSense (planned): We may in future use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Site and other websites. This is called "personalised advertising." You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or your Google Ads Settings. This policy will be updated before AdSense is enabled.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log your IP address and browser information for security and performance purposes.

- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): collect anonymised data about site usage. These are only set if you accept cookies via our cookie banner.
- Advertising cookies (Google AdSense โ future): if AdSense is enabled, Google and its third-party partners will set cookies to show relevant ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info or via your Google Ads Settings.

- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Newsletter email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months).

SENDPath is a directory resource for parents and carers of disabled children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please use this site with the guidance of a parent or carer.

Our directory links to external websites (schools, services, organisations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reading their privacy policies.
