Report a factual error or privacy concern
SENDPath can currently accept only an essential correction to an existing listing or a request concerning personal information. The formal claim, verification-badge and new-listing workflows are not operating.
Include the SENDPath page URL and the exact fact that needs correcting. If you represent the provider, write from a professional email address where possible so the request can be checked against public information.
Do not send a child's name, health information, case history or other sensitive personal details.
