💡 What to do with your shortlist

1. Visit each provider's website to check current availability and pricing.
2. Make initial contact — most private SEND providers offer a free 15-minute phone call to check fit.
3. Ask the right questions: qualifications, experience with your child's specific needs, current waiting time, fees, cancellation policy.
4. Trust your gut — the best provider is one your child responds well to, not necessarily the most credentialled.
