Help a family decide whether your service fits
Parents need clear answers before making contact: the ages you work with, the needs you support, where appointments happen, the referral route and what the first step costs. A useful profile helps a parent decide whether to enquire and can reduce unsuitable enquiries for your practice.
SENDPath is a parent-led directory for Kent families. Essential guidance and existing basic directory listings are free. We want the directory to earn a place in a family's search by being useful, accurate and easy to understand.
What you can do today
If an existing entry has an incorrect age range, service, link or contact detail, report a factual correction. Include the SENDPath URL and a public professional source for the correct detail. We will review the request against the information available.
New listing applications, formal ownership claims and paid subscriptions are currently unavailable. The correction route is for existing information; it is not a subscription or booking service. Do not include information about individual children or families.
The details that help parents most

What a SENDPath listing means
Directory entries are information, not an endorsement or a promise of clinical quality. “Details supplied by provider” means some information came from the provider; it does not mean SENDPath independently verified qualifications, professional registration or safeguarding arrangements. Parents should check those matters with the relevant professional and register. How we check listings.
Building a useful optional provider service
We are exploring optional features such as richer practice information, easier updates and clear reports about how families discover a service. These features are proposals, not a product currently available to purchase.
Before offering a paid plan, we need to establish what parents use and what saves practices time. Visits, clicks, enquiries and bookings are different things. We will not advertise guaranteed enquiries or bookings, or present payment as evidence of clinical quality. Any future paid placement should be clearly labelled, with scope and price explained before a provider commits.
