Questions before deciding

• Does the service cover my child’s age, needs and postcode, and where would appointments take place?
• Who would provide the work, what relevant registration and experience do they have, and how can I check it?
• How will goals be agreed with my child, how can they communicate discomfort or stop, and when will progress be reviewed?
• What are the full assessment, session, travel, report and cancellation costs, and what is included?
• If a report is needed, what must it cover and what does the intended school, local authority or health service require?
